I woke up this morning thinking “let’s do something bold!” In anticipation of a coming post on liberalism, fashion, imperfection and librarians, I submit the following ensemble:
- maxi dress - mom’s from high school
- blue camp shirt - jcrew
- long green necklace glass beads - vintage
- cognac boots - gini bini
- wrangler jean jacket - thrift
The sixties weren’t the only age that librarians rocked a stylish look. What about the seventies?
Atop this maxi dress I added a blue button up. More profesh? I’m not sure. After adding and removing several belts I decided to knot the shirt tales.
I feel suited to and comfortable in the maxi dress. After walking around iSchool all day I learned not everybody feels comfortable wearing a maxi dress, how do you feel about it?
