‘a spot of shoe shopping’

While googling “library couture” (natch, what else would I google?) I came across a lovely little blog, Her Library Adventures. Beautiful images, and when you read it you can imagine an Australian accent… what more could you ask for? The author devotes each day to a different topic, and Wednesday just happens to be devoted to wardrobes.

Check out the gorgeous shoes she highlighted a few weeks ago:

(via Modcloth)

(via Etsy)

For full information, Wednesday Wardrobe.. Ballet Flats

Also, do you think anyone would notice if I started slipping in a new Her Library Adventure inspired vocab? You know, a few “whilsts” and “amogsts” and “adores” and “lovelies” … ?

Girls put down those Jackie O paper dolls! This Librarian paper doll via Etsy is (IMO) undeniably stylish and thought provoking!

Does this librarian paper doll promote a positive or negative stereotype? (reply in comments)

Lastly, if a librarian wardrobe as chic as this was only 15$ all our problems would be solved! No?
